We are looking for motivated and talented legal trainees (Referendar:innen) who are passionate about media and communications law and eager to gain practical experience in a highly specialised legal environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting our attorneys in advising and representing clients in media, press, and entertainment law matters 
  
  
• Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda, briefs, opinions, and legal submissions 
  
  
• Participating in court hearings, client meetings, and strategic case discussions 
  
  
• Contributing to challenging cases and projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 

Your Profile

• Successful completion of the First German State Examination in Law (Erstes Staatsexamen) with above-average results 
  
  
•  Ideally, initial experience or a strong interest in media law, press law, or entertainment law 
  
  
• Excellent legal skills combined with strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking 
  
  
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a high degree of initiative 
  
  
• Excellent written and spoken German; good English skills are advantageous 
  
  
• Professional and personable manner 
  
  
• Curiosity, openness, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
